I love Tustin. Its combination of history and character is incredibly special. It is the reason my wife and I chose Tustin to raise our kids. We love to spend time hiking, running and exploring local restaurants and shops. Visiting Old Town is one of our favorite activities and it is where the City’s history is most on display.
Serving on City Council is personal because I know the future of Tustin is my children’s future and it will be set by today’s leaders. I am committed to ensuring the City’s future is one where all of our residents can thrive. I have been relentlessly working toward the goal of improving our future and quality of life as a member of the City’s Planning Commission and I am now asking for your vote to continue my work as a member of the City Council.

I am honored to serve as a Commissioner on the City of Tustin Planning Commission. As a Commissioner, I have been an active and vocal advocate for smart growth and responsible development. I am committed to retaining the City’s unique character and working with residents and local businesses to leverage our strengths and make Tustin even better.
Proven Leader.
In 2019, I was listed as one of the top 20 engineers in the Country under 40 by Engineering News-Record for my leadership. I have been chosen as a leader in every organization I have joined. I am the current President of the Orange County Water Association and member of the University of California, Irvine Civil and Environmental Engineering Affiliates. I also served as President of local chapters of Association of Water Agencies, American Public Works Association, and American Society of Civil Engineers.
I am an Owner of a civil and environmental engineering firm and previously served as Vice President of a nationwide engineering firm and Associate Vice President for a Fortune 500 global engineering firm.

As a registered Civil Engineer, I have dedicated my career to ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of water supply to communities across Southern California. My ability to collaborate and deliver on promises stems from my experience working with over 20 public agencies in Southern California on public works projects totaling more than $250M in value.
Transparent and Fair Decision Maker.
My experience on Planning Commission has taught me that while we all want what is best for Tustin, there is sometimes disagreement on how we get there. I always listen and understand all viewpoints before making a decision and will carry this same approach to the City Council.
